Are you a high‑achieving high school freshman who’s driven and determined to go to college?
Find out if you qualify and start your application for Minds Matter Southern California’s seven‑year college success program. Our students share these core strengths:

RESILIENT
You’re from a community where college‑readiness resources aren’t always easy to find, yet you continue to push yourself academically. Many of our students are the first in their families to pursue college, navigate challenges, and stay focused on their goals.

HIGH‑ACHIEVING
Our incoming students have an average GPA of 3.8 (you only need a 3.0 or higher to apply). They show maturity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. They’re ready to push themselves academically and build their confidence. They see themselves as college‑bound and ready to grow.

DETERMINED
Minds Matter students commit to a rigorous seven‑year journey. During high school, you attend Saturday sessions from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, through the school year. In college, you stay connected and are supported through regular check‑ins with our college success team.
