Family Income Guidelines for Minds Matter SoCal Students
Minds Matter Southern California serves motivated, high‑achieving students from low‑income families. To make sure we’re reaching the students our program is designed to support, we use family adjusted gross income as one part of our eligibility process.
Students are eligible to apply if they are current high school freshmen with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and if their family’s adjusted gross income is at or below the amounts listed in the table below. (You can find adjusted gross income on Line 11 of the IRS Form 1040 — on your 2025 tax return.)
