In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, nonprofit organizations play an important role in addressing societal challenges and driving positive change. To navigate this complex landscape and lead their organizations toward success, nonprofit leaders must possess a distinct set of characteristics.

Being able to step back and find joy and humor in all of the “mess” will give you perspective. Taking the work seriously, but creating moments of fun and spontaneity gives people the space to be innovative and to approach things from a different angle with a different mindset.
